Before my counseling sessions began I felt my life was spiraling all over the place. Anxiety was trying to take over my life. I felt no one was listening to me. Even though I have always been there for others I needed a release. With Reketta I was able to do just that release everything that was hindering me in life. I was able to book my journal book. The counseling sessions have helped me grow mentally and spiritually in becoming the woman God has called me to be.

I have been working with the Reketta for 2 years now and it has been with one of the BEST decisions I have made. Since working with her she has developed my career,self care life, challenged me to think outside the box,develop boundaries, and be the best me that I can be. Never thought I would need coaching but so glad I made the call. It’s changed my life for the better. My therapist creates a safe space for me to express my behavioral concerns. These services are a great investment into getting better regardless of what hand life has dealt you. I love the way each session is focused on my need then we partner to create a realistic plan to address my need. I would encourage everyone, don’t procrastinate. The Flourish Coaching program facilitated by Reketta was the best decision of 2019 yet. Her coaching helped me identify and begin a plan to execute my goals for this year. Reketta provides homework assignment in between sessions to keep me focused and made herself available for questions and support. As a result, I am more focused but more importantly, on track to reach my identified goals of 2019. I highly recommend the program to any woman ready to become unstuck and move forward in life and career goals.
